*Selected playoff list participants for Poker Team India may re-enter multiple play-offs by paying entry-fees.
However, one player is eligible to win only one Poker Team India place.

*Tournament registrations open for all at the venue till before the tourney begins.

*Late Entries permitted - Late Registrations for each tournament will be open till 2 levels into the game (approx 60 minutes after the tourney begins) with penalty of 75 chips and 150 chips for 1st level and 2nd level late entry.

*Minimum & maximum participation limits for any tournament will be at IPRT's discretion.

*Rankings, titles, leaderboard points, awards and additional prizes like tour packages, etc, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, non-negotiable, non-exchangeable and at IPRT's sole discretion and may be changed, cancelled or re-scheduled without prior notice. Visas, travel permits, passports etc are awardees responsibility. Time restrictions apply.

*All registrations/entry-fees will be at the venue at Casino Pride Poker Room, Goa, before the event.

*Confirmations may be made for participation in any event/s (eligibility applies) at any time in advance starting immediately. Participation is on first come basis.

*Confirmed participants for any event who do not show up will be treated as No Shows.

*Cancellation for any event participation can be made till 3 days before the event thru email - iprtleague@pokertourindia.com

*No Shows will forfeit their eligibility to participate in any future IPRT bonus programs (Serious health or un-foreseen emergencies excluded).

*IPRT VIP membership card holders and IPRT Coordinators have privileged participation benefits and need not confirm in advance. They have assured entry to any tournament if they wish to participate. Members must carry their Membership card to avail of privileges..

*90% paid out ( wherever applicable)

*Starting Chip stack -3000 (Rs 5000 and below), 5000 (Rs 10000), 7000 (Rs 25000), 10000 (Rs 50000), 15000 (Rs 100000).

*Blind Levels will be determined as per the tournament and announced before tournament begins. Generally levels are between 20 and 30 minutes.

*Blind structures will start at 25/50, 50/100, 100/200, 200/400. 300/600, 400/800, 500/1000, 600/1200 and so on as per IPRT structure (available at www.iprt.in) and will be announced before the tourney begins.

*Women participating in Open (non-exclusive women's event/s) will pay half-entry fee and will receive half prizepool. However, they will be eligible for full additional awards, trophies, ranks, points, etc

*Prizepools, trophies, prizes, awards, certificates, IPRT leaderboard points, etc will be awarded to winners as per structure and time at IPRT's discretion.

*The Tournament Director's decision will be final for conducting the tournaments as per TDA/IPRT rules including disputes if any. There will be no recourse or contest to his decision, whatsoever. IPRT decisions shall override any other and shall be final.

*IPRT Rules, Terms & Conditions apply. IPRT further reserves the right of participation, to revise structures, to change, postpone, cancel altogether any one or all tournaments or awards without notice and without any liability of any kind whatsoever and/or change, cancel, amend the IPRT scheduled Events Calendar 2010 without notice and shall be indemnified against any losses, damages, injuries, etc. (rules at IPRT homepage www.iprt.in).

*Automatic Authorization - IPRT will have the right to photograph/video any and all participants in the tournaments and use it for commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to Merchandise Sales, TV, Newspapers, etc, or any other form of media, including electronic, internet, telephonic, etc. IPRT shall not pay any compensation of any kind whatsoever for this use of personal photographs and information. (Those players who wish not to be photographed must inform IPRT in advance and confirm their participation accordingly. Their footage will be edited from the final print).

*Guest Passes (where applicable) will be given to participants on limited first come basis, for inviting their family, friends and will also be distributed by IPRT/associates. Rights of admission strictly reserved by IPRT and Casino Pride. (IPRT VIP membership card holders and IPRT Coordinators enjoy special preferences).

*Prizepools will be distributed immediately but additional awards/travel packages may be awarded between 15 - 90 days. Travel package awards will commence/terminate at designated points in India and awardee/s will be responsible for their journeys to & fro from such designated points.

*Poker Team India 1st, 2nd, 3rd Runner-Ups will be awarded consolation prizes to be announced by IPRT which may include part sponsorships to International tournaments.
